So to answer your query, no, there is no updates in the work for the decoration pack in the near futur.
Maybe for Shangrila has it is still in an unfinished state but then again i can't really say when or if ever it will be done.
I hope, someday, someone will pick up on the Japanase / Oriental style and add on to it.
I've been working on "redecorating" the Crater of Atom but it's still too early to elaborate on it... ;)
