This chutney is healthy, easy and delicious side dish using the Horse gram.
1 cup = 250 ml
Ingredients:
1/2 cup huruli / horse gram
also we need:
5 to 6 byadgi red chillies(more or less) or
you can use green chillies
1/2 cup grated coconut
small keylime size tamarind soaked in water
little coriander leaves
1/2 to 1 tsp jaggery
1 to 1¼ cup water
1 tsp salt or salt to taste
For seasoning:
2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1 red chilli broken into pieces
10 to 15 curry leaves
